Services are provided based on information supplied by the client and do not constitute a guarantee of financial results.
The client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Hastings Beach Club undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, respecting data confidentiality. Any recommendation offered is based on our own analysis and cannot be considered legal or tax advice.
Hastings Beach Club is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or errors in data provided by the client. Our total liability is limited to the value of services paid in the last 12 months.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with 30 days' written notice. Hastings Beach Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of terms, including the provision of false information or abusive use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email or on our website at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
